Fay Hassall, the founder of Alpha Wellness is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Quantum Biofeedback Technician, Certified Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master and has certifications in Aromatherapy.
Originally from England, where she worked as Lifestyle Consultant and Fitness Instructor in a 5 Star Hotel Health Club, Fay has always had an interest in Health and Wellness. After travelling extensively, Fay settled in Florida where she immersed herself in learning the Healing Arts.
A firm believer in a Natural and Holistic approach to maintaining Physical, Emotional and Mental Wellness, Fay now helps many people to experience a better quality of life by reducing the negative effects of stress on their health. The body will in fact Heal Itself if you remove or reduce stress and stressors.
Fay's greatest pleasure in her work is the fact that people leave her office with huge smiles, feeling great! This has a snowball effect, and touches the lives of all the people that person then comes into contact with, from Family and Friends to the Cashier in the Supermarket.
